| You obviously care about fighting and preventing addiction or you would not be here. There are several ways to help, here are just a few: |

|
- Spread the word! Let your friends and family know about this site.
- Talk about what has been useful to you on this site when visiting other websites (ie forums, message boards, blogs, ect).
- You can contribute addiction content to help others rise above their addictions!
- Participate in the forum by leaving posts and responding to posts.
- Submit an article about addiction and/or your experiences. View our guidelines to submitting articles.
- Submit information about an addiction resource you think we should include in our site. This includes information about drug rehab, alcohol rehab, community resources, and other addiction resources near you. Please download and fill in the resource submission form and return it as an attachment to:
