You Can Contribute Content!

RiseAboveAddiction.com hopes to become the world’s largest and most informative community of support for those affected by addiction. To do this, we invite your participation. Many of you may have particular knowledge or interest in particular aspects of addiction. Consequently, we invite you to submit content that might be of use to others. Namely by submitting addiction articles, or information about addiction treatment resources.

1.  You can SUBMIT ARTICLES about any aspect of addiction. We require that the work be original and well written. We ask that you provide appropriate references where appropriate. All articles must be “G-rated” and written for a general audience. Please read our full Contributor’s Agreement before submitting content. In particular there are two types of articles you can submit:
   1. Articles without any hyperlinks to other sites. This type of article submission is completely free! If the article is approved and deemed to be of use to our visitors by the owners and operators of this site it will be included in our Addiction Archives for no cost. To submit an article for consideration: 1) first read our Contributor’s Agreement, and 2) send a copy of your article as an attachment to: resources{at}riseaboveaddiction.com. Please include your contact information (name/email) and why you want us to publish the articles.
   2. Articles with hyperlinks to other sites. Articles may include hyperlinks to other sites for a number of reasons. The most notable reason is to promote your own website or drug or alcohol treatment center etc. For a one-time fee of $30 you can include up to 3 hyperlinks in your article. We will post any such articles for at least 1 year except for any of the conditions discussed in our Contributor’s Agreement. All other rules apply as with articles without hyperlinks. Our goal is to promote all of the best resources and treatments (including drug rehab centers) even if those resources are not found on our site. We desire for anyone suffering from addition to get the help they need. To submit an article for consideration: 1) first read our Contributor’s Agreement, and 2) send a copy of your article as an attachment to: advertising{at}riseaboveaddiction.com  . Please include your contact information (name/email) and why you want us to publish the article. 3) Once your article is approved to be posted on the site you will be notified by the email you provided. 4) Once you have been notified by email (and only once you have been notified of approval via email), you will also be asked to pay the $30 via PayPal. 2. You can SUBMIT AN ADDICTION RESOURCE. Many of you may have experience with or even represent an addiction resource in the community or online. This includes drug and alcohol rehab centers, national organizations, community resources, help lines, hot lines, counseling centers, mental health resources and so on... If you are familiar with any type of addiction resource near you big or small please take a moment to fill out and return as an attachment our resource submission form. This will allow others to learn about resources available as well as to rate and review these resources. To submit a resource please send the resource submission form as an attachment to: resources{at}riseaboveaddiction.com  . Please be sure to include contact information (name/email) so we can contact you with any questions.
